  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept the following forms of payment: Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), Credit Card (MasterCard and Visa), PayPal and Debit Order.

  • How long does it take to setup my account?

    Accounts are setup instantly if paid by Credit Card, PayFast or PayPal. EFT payments are manually processed once proof is sent to [email protected]. You will receive your welcome email with all the necessary details within an hour of your payment during business hours and up to 8 hours after hours.

  • My website is currently hosted with another provider, will you be able to move my data over?

    Yes, we offer a free migration service, this process is streamlined by our expert technical support team! We will move your website files, databases, emails (if possible), etc. from your old web hosting account to your new Elitehost account. Once your order is activated, simply submit a ticket to migrations department requesting the migration. Please include your existing login details that we would require. This only applies to shared and reseller hosting accounts making use of cPanel. Please email [email protected] to discuss VPS migrations.

  • What is your minimum contract period?

    We have no set minimum contract period, our hosting is billed from month to month, or at your selected billing cycle.

  • What do I do if I’m not happy with your service?

    We're confident that you will not be disappointed with our service. However, in the event that you are disappointed with our service, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee.

  • Can I upgrade my hosting package in the future?

    You can do this automatically and instantly through our client area, my.elitehost.co.za - we only charge you the pro rata difference in price.

  • What is your uptime guarantee?

    We offer a 99.9%+ uptime guarantee as per our Service Level Agreement (SLA). If your site isn't available 99.9% of the time within a given month, we will give you a pro-rated credit for the downtime.
