Refund Policy
At GFI, significant time, administrative effort, professional resources, and third-party coordination are often committed from the outset of an engagement. For this reason, all payments made to GFI for products and services are final and non-refundable. By purchasing, instructing, engaging, or otherwise transacting with GFI, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this No Refund Policy in full.
1. Finality of Payments
All payments made to GFI are final. GFI does not provide refunds, reversals, or repayment of any kind, whether in whole or in part, except where such refund is required by applicable non-excludable law. This policy applies to all services and offerings provided by GFI, including but not limited to consultations, administrative services, compliance services, company registration services, hosting services, digital services, bookings, deposits, retainers, and third-party coordination services.
2. Why Refunds Are Not Offered
Many GFI services involve allocating time, expertise, document review, administrative processing, planning, and coordination with external institutions or service providers. In many cases, work begins immediately upon confirmation, payment, or instruction. As a result, payments are non-refundable even where a customer later decides not to proceed or where circumstances change after the engagement has commenced.
3. Circumstances Where Refunds Will Not Apply
Without limiting the general effect of this policy, refunds will not be issued in cases including, but not limited to:
- change of mind after purchase
- dissatisfaction with a service or product
- misunderstanding of the service scope
- failure to review a quotation, proposal, invoice, policy, or service terms
- accidental, mistaken, or duplicate purchases
- delays in processing, delivery, activation, verification, or implementation
- regulatory, legal, banking, government, or third-party delays
- refusal, rejection, non-approval, or suspension by any authority, bank, registrar, platform, institution, or other third party
- incompatibility with third-party systems, jurisdictions, or customer expectations
- partial use, non-use, or discontinued use of the service
- cancellation after payment has been made
- technical limitations, interruptions, or operational constraints
4. Third-Party and Outcome-Based Services
Certain GFI services depend on third-party institutions, regulators, banks, government authorities, service providers, partners, or external platforms. While GFI will use reasonable efforts to provide the purchased service professionally and efficiently, GFI does not guarantee any specific external outcome, approval, timeline, or decision involving third parties. Accordingly, delays, refusals, rejections, non-approvals, or third-party process issues do not give rise to any right to a refund.
5. Non-Delivery or Incomplete Delivery
If a service cannot be completed, finalized, activated, or delivered in full for reasons including third-party issues, legal or regulatory restrictions, client delay, missing documents, operational limitations, or other circumstances beyond GFI’s reasonable control, no refund shall be due. In appropriate cases, GFI may, at its sole discretion, consider an alternative service, service substitution, or other non-cash remedy. Any such accommodation is entirely discretionary and does not create a right or entitlement.
6. Policy Supremacy
This No Refund Policy applies to every engagement with GFI. It shall prevail over any inconsistent refund-related statement, discussion, communication, proposal, quotation, marketing content, service description, support communication, or prior engagement, whether verbal, written, electronic, or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, no employee, consultant, agent, representative, reseller, partner, or intermediary of GFI may alter or waive this policy unless confirmed by GFI in formal written terms and only to the extent permitted by law.
7. Support and Service Resolution
Although refunds are not offered, GFI remains committed to customer service and client support. Where an issue arises, GFI may, within the scope of the engagement and at its discretion, provide clarification, follow-up assistance, corrections, or reasonable service support. Any such assistance is offered as part of GFI’s service approach and does not affect the final and non-refundable nature of payments made.
8. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Customers are expected to raise any service concerns directly with GFI first so that they can be reviewed and addressed appropriately. Where a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated in relation to a valid payment, GFI reserves the right to suspend ongoing services, decline future work, and provide the relevant payment processor or financial institution with supporting records, including this policy and related transaction documents.
9. Customer Acknowledgment
By making payment, accepting a quotation, approving an invoice, placing an order, or instructing GFI to proceed, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this No Refund Policy and agree that all payments made to GFI are final and non-refundable.
10. Severability
If any part of this No Refund Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
