Amendment Of a Company – Private/NPO/NPC (South Africa)

For Private Companies and NPCs, amendments are generally handled through CIPC. Director changes are processed electronically, and certain changes, such as company name or MOI-related amendments, may require the relevant CIPC amendment process and forms.

For NPOs, changes must be reported to the Department of Social Development, and registered NPOs are required to inform the Directorate of changes within the organization. Official NPO forms are also provided for changes such as office bearer updates.
